So obviously this is my first blog post. I had been thinking about creating my own personal blog for a while, but I always lacked the time to do it. Maybe I was only being lazy, but I think the end of semester and moving into my first apartment were pretty good excuses for not creating a blog.
For now, this first post should only cover a small introduction about myself and what I intend to write about for my next few posts.
My feeling is that if anyone reads this blog, it will only be people I know. However, let's follow a bit of protocol and fill basic details about myself.
I'm white, male, 22 years old. I was born in Montreal from French parents. I finished my bachelor's degree in software engineering in 2010, with computer graphics as a specialty. I'm currently doing research for a master's degree, trying to add AI to computer graphics. (I might talk about my research in more details in a future post.)
I do not have any particular goals for this blog yet, this simply feels as a means to express myself, and mostly to have fun with what is available to me as an internet user. Additionally, this is probably a very good source of procrastination at work.
